Bio

Shelli Baltman founded a boutique agency, The Idea Suite, in 2015 with Fiona Stevenson. Its mission is to unlock the creative potential of people and businesses through innovation. The Idea Suite has been recognized in the Adweek 100: Fastest Growing Agencies list, the Report on Business Canada’s Top Growing Businesses list, and the Canadian Business Startup list. After years of energizing cross-functional teams and stakeholders at some of the world’s largest companies to deliver multi-million dollar products, brands and services, Fiona and Shelli founded Energy for Growth in 2021 to share their proven energy-building tools and techniques with leaders who want to unleash the potential of their teams and themselves. Shelli started her career as a management consultant with Mercer Management Consulting in Toronto and then joined McKinsey & Co. in London, UK after completing her MBA at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. She is devoted to her family, loves spending time outdoors, and is also a passionate downhill skier.
