Sheila Krejci

Integrating foundational adult learning theory with practical tools and techniques is the hallmark of Sheila’s engaging style with leaders, trainers, occasional speakers in all industries nationally. Her “transformational” workshop sessions encourage participants to design their messages, materials and media with a focus on changing behavior; truly influencing audiences to immediate action.

As trainer and coach of speakers and presenters, Sheila is an adjunct staff member at the University of Minnesota, the University of St. Thomas, the Dakota County Business & Professional Center, a consultant to the League of Minnesota Cities and a customized trainer for MNSCU Colleges in addition to being President of her own training and development consulting company.
