Pratheep Charles is a speaker, mindset coach, podcast host and photographer. His most recent endeavors include speaking to young adolescents and school facilitators about the importance of mental health, anti-racism and equality. With over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry ranging from customer service to management, Pratheep has a proven track record to help businesses succeed with new and innovative ideas for both team members and organizations.
As part of working in the hospitality and tourism industry,Pratheep has worked hard to coach and mentor various groups of people ranging from all backgrounds and fields. He has earned multiple accolades and awards, including placing Top 5 in the Management Competition at McMaster University.
Pratheep lives in Toronto with his family and dog. When Pratheep isn’t working hard at Porter Airlines or Deep Conversations, you’ll find him flying in a Cessna 172 or taking photographs of nature and people.
