She is committed to locking arms with business owners and organizational leaders to help them grow their organizations and lead people more effectively.

Recognized as a well-known figure in her community, Dr. Sharon founded Sharon Sauls Healthcare Consulting. She was the Founder and CEO of the 1st African-American-owned multi-site Outpatient Neurological Rehabilitation company in the US and was recruited to join the Executive Leadership Team as Senior VP of Training and Leadership Development for Chick-fil-A Annapolis. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Southern New Hampshire University and teaches graduate-level organizational leadership and business management courses.

Among her certifications are Executive Coach, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace and Entrepreneurship and Business Coaching. Dr. Sharon is an active member and serves on the Business Ministry at First Baptist Church of Glenarden in Largo, MD.

She is a visionary who has been recognized with numerous awards, including the President Joseph R. Biden Lifetime Achievement Award and Black Wall Street Award, for her leadership, commitment, and contributions to her community and the next generation.
