A sought-after coach and keynote speaker, Shanna blends more than a decade of leadership-development expertise with 23 years as a senior executive in financial services to deliver high-impact growth experiences for leaders and teams.
During her eight-year career at Charles Schwab she served as Managing Director of Corporate Strategy—identifying near-term growth plays while shaping the firm’s long-term roadmap—and earlier led Retirement Income, Business Strategy, Product Development, and served as Chief of Staff to the Asset-Management CEO. Her people-centric efforts lifted engagement for 1,500+ employees across 30 locations during the pandemic. Previous roles include leading global product strategy at Janus Capital (now Janus Henderson Investors), overseeing fund strategy with ING Funds (now Voya Investment Management), and serving as a strategic analyst with Arthur Andersen.
Shanna’s work has earned the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award, Top 100 Registry’s 2024 Woman of the Year, and 2025 Colorado Executive Coach of the Year. She has designed and facilitated hundreds of workshops on generational dynamics, feedback, professional branding, inclusive leadership, and team engagement, equipping thousands of professionals to elevate performance.
