  • Our ABLC leadership group at Aspen Academy had the opportunity to engage with Shanna Weber for a session on “Working Across Generations,” and it quickly became one of the most memorable and impactful professional learning experiences we’ve had as a team. What stood out most was how Shanna created a space where business owners, school leaders, and parent entrepreneurs could honestly reflect on how generational differences shape communication, workplace culture, and decision-making. Her facilitation style was grounded, thoughtful, and energizing—bringing clarity to complex dynamics and equipping our group with immediately applicable strategies for improving cross-generational collaboration. As a collective dedicated to building a thriving digital and relational community through the Aspen Business Leaders Club, our team walked away with a renewed sense of empathy, stronger alignment, and better tools for bridging generational divides in both our professional and personal lives. Shanna didn’t just speak to us—she built with us. I would enthusiastically recommend Shanna Weber to any organization or leadership group seeking to cultivate understanding, collaboration, and trust across generations. — Andrew Flynn LiFE Program Manager, Aspen Academy
