THE BATTLE FOR ATTENTION ONLINE. How to Hold Your Audience on the Other Side of the Screen

Meetings, negotiations, presentations and all communications with external and internal clients have become remote. However, what once worked for us live can play a cruel joke with us online. It's time not only to adapt to the new reality, but also to learn how to get the most out of it. How do you break through the wall of inattention? How to make a serious presentation into something interesting? How do you speak vividly about “boring” topics when the audience can't be seen or heard? How do you answer uncomfortable questions in a chat or livestream? The goal of this training is to start making more effective presentations online: waste less time, get more feedback and enjoy each speech.

SPEAKING UNDER FIRE. How to Respond to Criticism, Complaints and Tricky Questions

Are you in the middle of important negotiations? Are you leading a project, and getting attacked with questions? Asking an investor for money? Are you meeting a disgruntled business partner? About to be chewed out by your boss? Speaking at an important meeting? All these situations are #SpeakingUnderFire. Be prepared for “difficult” questions and provocative comments! It takes a stressful situation to make it clear who is worth what. Therefore, it's worth learning how to answer typical objections in advance.
As a result of the training you will learn how to:
• prepare for any meeting so that not one difficult question will upset you
• quickly determine the type of question being asked and how to respond to it
• significantly increase the speed and quality of your answers
• manage your communication in front of a negative audience
• speak confidently with a VIP audience (bosses, customers, partners, investors)
• overcome typical objections, resistance, and skepticism

THE VIVID PRESENTATION. How to Engage your Audience

How to make serious presentations more engaging? How to speak more vividly, and get the desired reaction on the spot? The goal of this training is to help speakers make more spectacular, yet no less compelling, presentations, when time is short and the stakes are high.
As a result of this training, the participants will be able to:
Look at themselves from the outside and determine their strengths and weaknesses
Learn how to follow the effective step-by-step preparation guidelines
Choose their style and line of argument depending on their audience
Establish contact with the audience within the first 30 seconds and hold it until the end of the presentation
Control their body language: movements, posture and gestures
Handle the “difficult” questions from the audience effectively
Use visual aids professionally
Make their presentations lively and fun

THE MEDIA MAN. How to Speak Flawlessly to the Press

What needs to be said? What needn’t? Where to look? What to do with your hands? What to wear? How to react to a provocation? One word said at the wrong time or a gesture made rashly, may cost you a great deal if you’re being watched, listened to, or read by millions. The goal of this program is to arm the speaker with a full array of tools he or she may need to talk effectively to the press, be it a press-conference, 1X1 interview, or a TV show.
As a result of this training, the participants will be able to:
Better understand the hidden agendas that drive journalists and why they can be so “difficult”
Grasp the specifics and inner workings of TV, radio, newspapers and new media
Speak clearly and concisely in order to avoid being misrepresented by the media
Handle the “inconvenient” questions more effectively
Get their key message across to the target audience
Master the “soundbite” technique in order to increase the probability of being quoted
Avoid the journalists’ traps effectively

THE TRUSTED ADVISOR. How to Build Lasting Client Relationships

How do you build client relationships based on trust? How can you better understand the needs of your clients and the motives behind their behavior? How do you present yourself and “sell” your idea to high-level executives?
How should you speak so that clients will listen? And how should you listen, so that clients will want to talk to you more? How do you think “on your feet,” answer difficult questions, and overcome clients' negative reactions? The goal of this training is to master a complete arsenal of techniques for communicating with those people on whom your business depends.

LIGHTNING PRESENTATION. How to present yourself and your idea in 30 seconds or less

A professional is someone who has identified, packaged and knows how to convey their value to their target audiences. And you have a thousand ways to do it wrong. You can talk at length, overwhelm with detail, or talk like a TV commercial. And what if you listen to the client and answer the question: "What does he really want?" Perhaps then self-presentation will turn out to be more "tasty". Of course, in 30 seconds, you will not get a promotion or sign contracts worth millions. But you will generate interest in meeting you again from those who influence your business.
