Research shows that the majority of learning and development and people programs fall flat, not achieving their set business goals. With nearly two decades of expertise in learning, talent development, and employee engagement, I guide organizations through designing and implementing strategic initiatives that cultivate top talent, drive organizational growth, and boost retention.

Armed with an Executive Master of Business Administration and a solid background in sales, I helping companies become "future-ready" through strategic planning and ensuring the right programs are in place to leaders and employees have the skills needed to navigate a constantly evolving world.
