Andreas Blumauer is the founder and CEO of Semantic Web Company (SWC). He has been a pioneer in the area of the Semantic Web since 2001 and published the first comprehensive book followed by many articles, blogs and co-author contributions. He has been recently accepted to Forbes Technology Council, an invitation-only community for world-class CIOs, CTOs, and technology executives.
He is a regular speaker at international conferences, university lectures, expert round tables (TEDx, SEMANTiCS, Taxonomy Boot Camp, KM World. Graphorum...) with topics ranging from artificial intelligence and semantic web to knowledge management.
Andreas Blumauer holds a Master's degree in business studies and information technologies from University of Vienna.
