Software engineering focused, platform engineering leader. Over 14 years of experience in software development, DevOps and application modernization. Started my career as a software developer and moved up to team leadership. I have hired, managed, coached and mentored up to teams of 10+ directly and up to 40+ indirectly.

My current focus area is specializing in DevOps capabilities to enable my organization to succeed in the agile and hybrid cloud era. I focus on delivering DevOps / Platform engineering solutions enabling rapid deployments, faster delivery, and reliability of production systems.

When I'm not working, I enjoy playing strategy board games with my family and watching Netflix and HBO original series. I'm committed to improving education in developing countries by micro-financing through Kiva. I also volunteer at my daughter's school.
