Lisa Duke, mentality superwoman, here!

Raised in the Arkansas Delta, my curious, neurodiverse mind sent me on many adventures that eventually landed me to be the twice over entrepreneur and facilitator that I am today!

With successful IT Consulting and Wellness Mindset Coaching businesses my expertise runs the gamut, but my real passion is definitely mindset and helping realize that they are the boss of their own minds, not the other way around!

I teach people to find and embrace their strengths and harness those strengths to achieve their goals all while having a ton of fun along the way. (I mean, if it isn't fun, what's the point!?)
