Bio

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of environments — from home offices to small companies to Fortune 500 industries. In each one, I consistently found myself developing workflow and time management techniques to increase my productivity, both in the office and at home. I decided to put my passion and talent for productivity to work to help businesses and people work more efficiently so they can enjoy life. Configuration Connection was born out of my desire to help people achieve and improve that work-life balance. Since starting Configuration Connection, I’ve coached numerous individuals, teams, and coworkers on how to apply time saving and organizational techniques to improve their professional and personal lives.

Organizing Your Time for Success Workshop

This is a 2-hour workshop. This workshop can be delivered in 2 consecutive hours or broken into 2 sessions 1 week apart.
a) Learning Objectives - at the conclusion of this workshop, students will be able to:
i) Define Time Management and describe how their self-management affects their use of time.
ii) Prioritize task lists, manage project details and use time blocking.
iii) Identify the top 5 common time wasters and discuss how to effectively manage them.
iv) Manage and process their email and electronic workflow with techniques covered in the workshop.
v) Use proven time management techniques to give them back more time during the day.
vi) Feel more in control over their time!
b) Handouts – This workshop includes 6 handouts/worksheets.

Organizing @ Work for Success!

This can be delivered as a 3- or 4-hour workshop. This can also be customized and delivered for specific job roles like administrative professionals.
a) Learning Objectives – at the conclusion of this workshop, students will be able to:
i) Create a reusable process and layout to organize their desk for success.
ii) Maintain their files and paper flow with the methods covered in the workshop.
iii) Manage and process their email and electronic workflow with techniques covered in the workshop.
iv) Use proven time management techniques to give them back more time during the day.
v) Feel more in control over their time and space!
