Bio

As the founder and CEO of The Cee Suite, a talent management and DEI consultancy, I am passionate about transforming organizations by addressing their talent challenges and empowering professionals to achieve both career and leadership excellence. With a career spanning two decades, my journey has revolved around discovering and nurturing a diverse range of talent. Prior to launching The Cee Suite, I played pivotal roles in shaping human capital programs for market leaders, Goldman Sachs and Accenture.

My expertise encompasses a wide spectrum of practices, including recruiting, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), performance management, and leadership development. I am a champion for positive change and social impact, and dedicated to unlocking the full potential of individuals and organizations alike.
