Sam Massenberg can tell you the moment when he decided that life was more than just getting a job, having babies and dying. Utilizing his engaging and enthusiastic communication style Sam infuses his life story and in-the-trenches business development experience to connect with his audiences at an intimate and individual level; teaching them how to identify their biggest roadblocks to success, and develop and implement habits that help them explore and leverage their strengths while expanding their circles of influence.

He is passionate about helping CEOs, Corporate Planners, business owners and entrepreneurs exponentially grow their people and position themselves and their businesses to explode to new heights by working “smarter not harder”. His keynote program, “Stuck in Your Strategy” educates company leaders and directors in how to identify new opportunities and partnerships that can directly contribute to the firm reaching greater levels of success.

With a wealth of coaching, speaking, business and teaching experience, Sam is passionate about helping his clients take control of their businesses and lives. Through his seminars, workshops and lectures, he leads his clients through the process of identifying their strengths and shedding their limiting beliefs so they can tap into their true potential and live a life of purpose and calling.

Prior to founding Knowledge Dynamics, Sam earned his real world PHD in business and sales development working with such companies as ADP, AB Floyd, General Dynamics and Perot Industries as the technology industry was taking off. It was during this time that he grew his skills in executive leadership and corporate training, leading industry professionals in improving strategic planning, business development support, competitive analysis, human resource development, marketing and team dynamics.

Sam’s holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Hampton University; and life time worth of training as a Captain in United State Army, including flying helicopters (regardless of his fear of heights) and as Artillery Commander.

Throughout all Sam’s life experiences and challenges, one constant has remained…his desire to make a difference in the world around him, to be a positive influence for change.
