As I look back, there may have been two defining times early in my life that helped shape who I am and what service I continue to provide today .
At around the age of 10 in Sydney, Australia, I used to help my parents by serving customers in their small shop. And, at around 13, I received a book entitled "Your Brain and How to Use It".
For over 30 years my focus has been involved in training and development within the corporate world - from multi-nationals to small businesses. With a fascination for people in how we think, how we perform, how we emote and how our lives can be made even more successful with engaging training, coaching and mentoring, I have continued to study and teach with even more passion as those early days.
Retail, Manufacturing, Tourism, Government , Education, Logistics , Automobile, Call centres are some of the sectors I have been involved with.
My training and teaching has taken me to 25 Countries to meet and work with thousands of people at all levels.
Along the way , I have studied many methods and processes and I have had a preference to share "what works'' rather than to join the bandwagon of what popular fad happens to be flavour of the month.
