Sameera Isoff

I am a RN of 14 years spending much of my career in the field of mental health and substance abuse. I have studied mood disorders with an emphasizes on bipolar for over ten years. I am working on a new nursing theory called the Plastic Brain Theory which would help those with mental health disorders retrain the brain by following new synapses and pathways, in effect rewiring the brain.
