How i went from a migrant farm worker to financial freedom

I talk about how I went from a migrant farm worker to getting inducted in the company's sales "Hall of Fame". The changes that I made, the way I set my goals and went after them. My approach to dealing with salespeople, customers, suppliers, and my personal life. I turn salespeople into sales professionals by leading by example. I retired after 33 in sales and my passion now is teaching others.

Leadership

There are many areas one must excel in to become a leader. The easiest way to become that leader is to lead by example. Many managers are like travel agents they want to send their salespeople to places they have never been. They want the salespeople to do things hey never done. You can still lead by theory instead of by practice and be looked at as a great leader by using my 3 step system.

This training is for sales companies that recruit salespeople, MLM and those that pay a commission for recruiting direct salespeople.

The proven system for handling objections

The problem is not that the prospects have objections, the problem is the way you are answering those objections. The training shows you 10 ways to answer the #1 objection "I want to think about it."
All the other objections are easier to answer. It's all in changing your mindset about objections. One thing that worries me is that salespeople may abuse this system and sell when they should not.

Effective way to close the sale

First, you discover your personality type then you learn to close the other personality types. Everyone must have at least 4 different closes. When I started in sales I was told that I would close 25% of my sales calls because that was the law of averages. What it meant was that people like me would buy from me. I excelled in sales when I learned to sell to the other personalities.
