Leadership is tricky, and through dynamic, energetic, and inspirational methods, we are able to support and develop leadership across the board, by building leaders of today and lighting the path for the future. With over 20 years of expertise in Education, Leadership Training, Content Development, and Public Speaking, Rosey has devoted her life to human development. She has contributed to various universities, non-profit organizations, and managed a nationwide mentoring program for adolescents. Recently, Rosey embarked on a mission to inspire and empower, becoming the founder and CEO of RJ Leaders. This organization focuses on leading with grace, providing a platform that unites leaders to learn and share best practices. In addition to her professional commitments, Rosey passionately serves others as the Honorary Secretary for Ismaili Council for Central US. While her roles are diverse, her most significant is being a mom of two sweet boys, guiding these mini-adults in training.
