Rodolfo is a transformational leader in the field of conscious leadership and business. He has been a serial entrepreneur, consultant and coach for over 20 years.
With an MBA in family business and entrepreneurship, he is currently the President of SER Consultores - A company that facilitates the development of Conscious Organizations and Conscious Leaders through consulting, training and coaching. His work is based on 5 core principles: Purpose, Responsibility, Beginners Mind, Interdependence and Compassion and a 7 aspect model.
Rodolfo is also the founder and lead facilitator of a non-profit “Positive World Foundation” in Costa Rica which focuses on working with young people in communities at risk. Rodolfo is on a mission to contribute to to the development of a more conscious world.
