At a early age, a very optimistic Robin understood that everyone has challenges in their life but it’s the power in knowing how to overcome those challenges that helps to serve the world. Her lifelong desire to work with people eventually led Robin to get her Fashion Merchandising degree from Brooks College in Long Beach, CA where she eventually became a Fashion Stylist in the entertainment business. Although Robin had a successful fifteen-year career promoting women and men through image in the entertainment field, there was still a deeper desire to inspire the masses through storytelling.
The relationships built throughout her fashion career were successfully converted into real life friendships with some of Hollywood’s elite actors and entertainers and would somehow play into the new trajectory of her life. Years later when the doors of opportunity opened up for Robin to begin a new career in Entertainment Reporting, it was no wonder that heavy hitters such as Jackie Chan, Will Smith, Magic Johnson, Brandy Norwood, Forrest Whittaker and Jennifer Garner would take the time and converse with Robin with the same conviction that she had to inspire the world through their stories.
Robin has covered red carpet events, award shows, co-hosted television shows and has presented motivational speeches to women’s conferences, church groups, high schools and live events.
