As a Residency Program Coordinator at Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences, Jenn has played a pivotal role in achieving ACGME accreditation milestones, guiding medical trainees, and fostering organizational excellence. She also serves on the Executive Board of the Otolaryngology Program Coordinator Organization and has held multiple leadership positions within the National Society of Academic Medical Administrators, including chairing the Educational Committee and serving on the Conference Planning and Keynote Speaker Committees.

Jenn holds dual master’s degrees in Health Care Administration and Global Health from Oklahoma State University and is a proud Albert Schweitzer Fellow.
