And you need to fail too.
Through my journey in professional baseball, I have learned this counter intuitive mental approach that I call the "RAC Method" that conquered my performance anxiety on the field. The RAC Method cured the "Yips" (a common "uncurable" mental block in sports) and gave me more discipline and motivation in all areas of my life. To my surprise, after doing some research, I found it has deep roots in the field on human psychology, and should be applied to MUCH more than just sports.
