Drawing from his own struggles with mental health, thoughts of suicide, and traumatic experiences he witnessed as a Police Officer, he emphasises the importance of prioritising wellbeing and speaking about your mental health. Rob shares with the audience the 7 Steps to Happiness which he created to a happier life and how they can use it for their own lives. He is the Co-Founder of Rise of Happiness which is a movement to become happier and publishes free happiness magazines which include inspirational and uplifting stories, and expert tips and research on happiness. He is a trained mental health first aider and is on a mission to ensure people take control of their lives figuring out what makes them happy and make the necessary changes in their lives.
