Rishi Katdare is an industry expert in Software Monetization and a Public Speaker for Pricing & Licensing.

Currently in his 10th year at NetApp, Rishi built a team of Licensing Operations and is accountable for Product Licensing & Entitlement Management. His global team executes on an emphatic vision to automate software entitlement management & delivery for Subscription and Consumption models.

He envisioned and built a pilot Entitlement Management platform that increased pre-sales opportunities for 40+ products by $500M+ annually, tracking conversion metrics to increase topline.

In 2017, Rishi co-invented & patented NetApp’s licensing technology to serve as a platform to be leveraged by new and existing products with embedded microservices and entitlement enforcement capabilities.

He expanded this capability and filed his 2nd patent in 2019 to automate multi-format software entitlement generation & reporting.
