Integrity-based Leadership is used to help the owner move from Manager to Leader, align the owner’s personal vision with the Corporate Mission, and improve productivity using the four pillars upon which Integrity-based Leadership is built: 1) Honesty, 2) Clarity, 3) Transparency, and 4) High Ethical Values.

• Understanding Financial Statements – What Every Owner Needs to Know to Keep the Company Open
• Internal Controls - Eliminate Theft, Build Employee Responsibility, and Unleash Innovation
• Integrity-Based Leadership Take Your Company to the Top of Your Industry
• Business Sustainability –Success In Your Heart and In Your Bank Account
His speaking presentations are based on professional experience working with companies to address core problems within the business. For example, one company could not stop employees from arriving late because the owner was focused on the clock, not worker productivity. The symptom was tardiness because start time was 7:00 am and several employees arrived at 7:45 each day. The problem was that the tardy employees (young parents) drove children to daycare which opened at 7:30 AM, so the parents could not arrive before 7:45 AM. The solution: Flex-time. The result: staff attitude improved, productivity increased, and customer service soared.
Mr. Melancon has published three books since 2009. His first book, “You Can Afford the Good Life,” is a personal money management guide for people who are in financial crisis. His second book “18 Secrets to Unlock Profits and Inspire Employees,” helps companies to implement “Best Practices” to operate an effective business. His third book, “Integrity-Based Leadership,” helps business owners align their personal values with the corporate mission to reduce stress, build the employee team spirit, and expand profits significantly.
