Rayann James

Hello! My name is Rayann James. I am a mother of three beautiful children, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. I was born in the island of Trinidad and Tobago. I relocated to New York at a young age of ten years old. I went to Queens Borough Community College, then transferred to University of Phoenix. I am currently in school obtaining my Bachelors/Masters in Theology. I am an ordained Elder of the gospel and a member of True Worship Church of Christ.

I started a company where I offer spiritual life coaching for students, families, teachers, and/or leaders.

I established Messages Thru Rain Drops LLC in New York City in 2017. However, I was able to work for more than 10 years in the education industry and provide services as a motivational speaker and life coach to many families along with teachers.

My business is unique because I believe that every school should have a spiritual coach – other than the person already in the building – to help with personal issues. The biggest struggle I see today is individuals trying to balance work and life. I believe we have broken teachers teaching broken children, and the entire school needs a "new" intervention strategy to rebuild culture, climate and communication. When issues as mentioned is evident it can cause more damage for everyone. Employees will then become ineffective in their work ethics, grades, classroom management or family life. Not to mention the students will be the ones to feel the impact the most. I coach with judging but my intention is to restore.
