Raquel had some defining moments that forever altered the way she moved throughout the universe. Her parents divorced when she was seven, and by the time she was thirteen, she was a MeToo survivor. Halfway through her teens, her father committed suicide.
These traumatic incidents compounded together, led her down a path of destructive relationships and gave her unhealthy and diluted belief systems that kept her stuck for years.
The worst, though, was the abandonment that she felt. It was a fear that caused her to run from everything, including herself. That running took her down the rabbit hole of drug addiction and her own suicide attempt.
After years of healing and work, she's passionate about helping others. Her gift is her raw vulnerability which helps others feel at ease in opening up with her.
She specializes in helping people with identity crisis, depression, self acceptance, creating healthy boundaries, overcoming people pleasing, addiction, changing relationship dialogue, communication skills and relationship etiquette.
