Randi Crawford – Speaker, Life Coach, Entrepreneur, and Creator of the Pickleball Parenting Playbook
Randi Crawford is a dynamic speaker and seasoned entrepreneur who brings heart, humor, and hard-won wisdom to every stage she steps on. A co-founder and former VP of Women First HealthCare, Inc., Randi helped lead a groundbreaking company focused on the needs of peri-menopausal and menopausal women, well before it was a trending topic. From product development to partnerships with both Eastern and Western doctors, to creating educational programs with wellness leaders like Dr. Deepak Chopra, Randi’s work has always centered around empowering women to take control of their lives.
Today, Randi brings that same passion to the parenting space, speaking directly to moms who are navigating the challenging teen and young adult years. Through her signature Pickleball Parenting Playbook approach, she uses humor, real talk, and self-deprecating stories to help parents shift their mindset. Randi believes wholeheartedly that kids must learn from their own mistakes and that parents need to stop jumping in to fix, rescue, or remove every obstacle. Because when we do, we’re not helping, we’re hindering their growth.
Whether she’s coaching clients, writing her former column Rant with Randi, or sharing advice that feels more like coffee with a best friend than a lecture, Randi’s message is clear: it’s time to step back, lighten up, and raise kids who can stand on their own two feet.
Randi is a certified life coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School, a longtime stylist at Anthropologie, and a graduate of Villanova University with a minor in psychology and economics. She lives in Del Mar, California, and brings a relatable, refreshing voice to conversations about parenting, personal growth, and how we show up, for ourselves and our kids.
