I am a season public speaker and corporate wellness facilitator for many businesses. I am still active in the fitness industry primarily in the development of a small team of fitness trainers and sales associates at Orangetheory Fitness, although I currently living in Scottsdale Arizona, I travel on occasion to do speaking engagements to teens, young adults, inmates and other corporations.
