Hariharan Iyer was the CFO, for one of the largest Multinational Financial Institution India. He was instrumental in launching India’s first push technology in house ERP stock streaming system. He decided to quit his company at the helm and immigrate to Canada and start an entire new life with his family right from scratch.
He worked for a brief period as a Financial Controller in Toronto. But then, the business acumen in him encouraged him to start his Accounting practice. He is a very successful entrepreneur based in Toronto, Canada. He is the President and CEO of Iyer’s Accounting Services. He is also a Licensed Financial Advisor in the Province of Ontario. He has been helping people in the last 12 years with respect to their tax planning, investments, and retirement planning and wealth management. He has over 20 years of experience in Finance, Investments and Training. He was awarded the Certificate of appreciation by the Mayor of Brampton in 2015 for completing 10 years of service to the city.
Hariharan Iyer, is a Speaker, Trainer and Coach of the John Maxwell Team. He was one of the 150 coaches handpicked by John C. Maxwell and his team in a ground-breaking effort to stimulate Transformational Leadership in Guatemala. He was part of the teaching team that trained over 18,000 Guatemalan leaders representing seven disciplines of influence at multiple sites thorough out metro Guatemala. The theme was called “transformación esta en me” meaning “transformation begins with me”. In 2016, he was part of the 200 John Maxwell Coaches to train over 20,000 people in Paraguay.
He enjoys training people on Self Development, Motivation, Goal Setting and Leadership. He says his eight qualifications gave him less exposure in the various Leadership skills. According to him, no Universities, Business schools teach students on self development, motivation, etc., Hence, he founded SuccessForEver Inc to train people all over the world. He says, schools teach us what to think but do not teach how to think. He continues, Qualifications are like a gate pass that will give entry inside a corporate door but positive attitude and mindset will keep you inside the door. ‘
He is a regular speaker at the Toastmasters Club. He is one of the Charter Members of an Advanced Toastmasters Club. He is the Past Finance Manager (2015-2016) of the District 86 Toastmasters International. He was awarded the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) the highest award by the Toastmasters international in April 2017.
