Rafael Eduardo Cedeno-Camacho

Rafael Eduardo Cedeno-Camacho was born on August 19, 1970, and has built a notable career in the finance and insurance sectors. With both Venezuelan and Italian nationality, he has used his extensive experience and education to develop and lead numerous successful business ventures over the past 25 years.

He began his academic career at Santa Maria University, where he earned his degree in public accounting. He further enhanced his expertise with a Global MBA from the University of Miami and a Marketing degree from the University of Berkeley, California. He also completed two Executive Programs at Singularity University in Silicon Valley. His professional journey started at KPMG, where he quickly acquired a diverse skill set that set the foundation for his later accomplishments.

He is the One Alliance Insurance Group board chairman, established in 2013 in Puerto Rico. This conglomerate specializes in health, property, and casualty insurance and has additional operations in the Dominican Republic and the United States. Under his leadership, One Alliance has grown significantly, including its Puerto Rican company, One Alliance Insurance Company (OAIC), which has demonstrated robust growth and financial stability since its acquisition in 2019.

His entrepreneurial spirit drove him to expand his influence across the insurance industry, enhancing his group's presence in the Latin American and North American markets. His strategic vision has consistently identified new markets and deployed innovative solutions to stay ahead in a competitive landscape. This includes establishing companies like Axeso Finance and Redi Redi in the Dominican Republic, which offer creative financing solutions.

Innovations under his leadership include One Alliance Travel Assist, an Insuretech platform that allows customers to manage their insurance needs more efficiently, and various digital tools that enhance operational efficiency across his companies.
