Quinton Jones is an inspirational and motivational speaker. Quinton’s life has been spent studying Speaking, Systemic Thought, Marriage and Family Therapy from the best in America. The blessings of multiple experiences from different and diverse teams enrich his presentations with immense passion of pulling people together and catapulting them towards their goals. For others the power of truth brings the realization of dreams yet attained. Every presentation from Quinton flows over with perseverance, love and fulfilling life.
Quinton’s lack of a relationship with his biological father did not hinder his growth. He learned at an early age to rely wholly on His heavenly Father, the son, and the Holy Spirit. Quinton received an old school wholesome upbringing from his great-grandparents in East Texas. In college Quinton not only played football but learned life principles from playing the sport in Arkansas. It taught him in-depth perspective on systemic thought and families. From there he returned to his birth state and is using his hard-earned degree to work with youth.
His strength comes from being raised by his great-grandparents, although he still has not met his father, his upbringing gave him wisdom from previous generations that cannot be gained from any book. In the 3rd grade Quinton fell in love with sports which grew into an expertise. Like a sponge he soaked in knowledge from great coaching and teammates. This love led him to the opportunity to play tight-end at a division 2 football level. His hard work and determination resulted in starting as a true freshman before breaking both legs in different consecutive years. However, these minor setbacks didn’t stop his drive of working full time at summer camps and studying political science abroad.
Quinton’s various tragedies such as being dyslexic, multiple leg injuries, the death of his great grandfather, a complete loss house fire, and moving away from home didn’t break his stride. Quinton did not let these things hinder his ability to forge beautiful friendships, valuable knowledge, proven persistence and a beautiful family, things that of course doesn’t come from credentials, degrees and accolades.
Quinton also studied speech communication during his college years and before returning to Oklahoma he studied abroad in two different countries. He also served on the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy in Washington, D.C.
Quinton currently lives in Oklahoma with his beautiful wife, Jena, whom first caught his eye in their kindergarten class. They welcomed their first child, a son named Dallas, in August 2018.
