In this workshop, participants will explore what intelligent failure means in their context and share their own stories of failure with each other, engaging in interactive activities to strengthen their ability to tell and listen to failure stories, creating the environment needed to share openly, and exploring what it means to apply these skills to create team cultures where learning and innovation thrive. Participants will walk away with tangible skills, insights, and actions that help them, and their organizations, fail better.
