I work as a Principal Product Manager at US Bank where I am responsible for driving reusability and consistency across visual experiences, leading a team of product managers, consulting, educating, and supporting teams on the creation/re-use of standardized interfaces. I also partner with the peer teams to take products from the initial concept through user research, co-creation, and rapid prototyping. Drive product agility by applying lean product development principles and measure product success by integrating analytics.
I also serve as an Advisory Council member at George Washington University where I will work collaboratively with other council members to provide constructive feedback and strategic direction, helping to guide quality improvement and assess program efficacy.
Previously worked as an Engagement Manager at Virtusa - BFS Segment where I managed a 50+ member cross-functional team serving a large multi-national financial services company with over 25 million global customers. I also worked as North America's lead for Gamification and Employee engagement with responsibilities in product design, pre-sales, and customer engagements.
