ChatGPT Integration

ChatGPT is a powerful tool that may revolutionize our lives as communicators. When used correctly, this application can improve the speed and quality of your work, open up new language markets, help with ideation and even make a difference in your personal life. Soon, behind every successful professional will be an open ChatGPT browser tab. As a professional communicator, leader or content creator, you will likely need to start integrating AI into your current and future workflows. However, it can be a complex system to set up and use effectively. Understand what AI can and cannot do, and learn the basics of professional ChatGPT integration. Fiona can work with you and your team to learn and practice the basics, and within the context of your organization. Future-proof your teams with this engaging and very useful keynote, workshop or training day.

High-Visibility Leadership

Often, our top-level leaders live in another world; they work at the same company with the same goals, vision and share the same elevators, but are invisible to the community working for them. How can leaders increase their presence, visibility, and interaction with the people making the company run, and still meet the needs of other stakeholders, clients, partners and board members? Five easy ways to start.

Unleashing Employee Voice for Business Success

Radical Listening and building a sustainable plan for Employee Engagement

ChatGPT Integration for Leaders and Teams

Leaders today need to be highly visible. Physically, with teams and stakeholders but more and more, also digitally, producing meaningful posts and thought leadership content for internal and external audiences. When words are needed, ChatGPT can help. When refined for accuracy, voice and coherence, it’s a tool that can help raise your profile and get your message out. AI is intimidating. Here are a few facts you need to know. Five easy ways to use it and five best practices to make AI your b*tch.

Managing Rebels: Who They Are and What They Need

We all have one. The brash, high-performer with the big mouth. A fountain of radical ideas, constantly pushing back against the status quo. He bends the rules, ignores advice and does things his own way. Emotional, intense and stubborn, he takes your time and upsets others. You secretly wish he would just quit. But Creative Rebels bring something special to the workplace and are a fountain of energy, ideas and passion that can be positively channeled into your most loyal supporter. Eight ways to unlock the value in your Rebel.

Reaching the Factory Floor

For many multinationals, internal communication is split between the office workers and those on the factory floor. Plant and field workers have some of the hardest jobs and provide core value for the company. Yet this group shows low engagement and often feels out of touch with the organization. Who are these workers, and what do they need? Learn about the secret weapon to inform, engage and connect this group.

Habits of High-Visibility Leaders

Often, our top-level leaders live in another world; they work at the same company with the same goals, vision and share the same elevators, but are invisible to the community working for them. How can leaders increase their presence, visibility, and interaction with the people making the company run, and still meet the needs of other stakeholders, clients, partners and board members? Six easy ways to start.

Engagement is About the Details

Engagement Managers are often measured by how they move the needle on employee net promoter scores or attrition rates. But in fact, it’s all about the details. Conveying the feeling of being heard, seen, valued and respected in the workplace, and allowing for empowerment, inspiration and joy.

Understanding Flow

“Flow” contributes to increased job satisfaction and improvise our mental, physical and emotional well-being which naturally translates to higher levels of engagement and lower churn rates. The average workday, chock with meetings, incoming fire of communication, expectations and deliverables, needs to be carefully choreographed to create that all-important, critical ingredient for achieving “flow”: silence.

Radical Listening

"Radical Listening" means taking every opportunity to ask your workplace community what they want across a variety of channels and delivering results within 48 hours. In some cases done with “Listen and Deliver” tight loops, and in others, a “Cultural Deep Dive”. All these listening channels have very different goals and deliver different data. But the point is to build trust for when it counts: the engagement surveys.

Lessons from Mythology for Corporate Communication

As our world becomes ever more complicated and our way of life more unstable, technology more overwhelming and our role as humans more unsure, we need the skills of the ancient Storyteller and the tools of the Epic and metaphor to deliver us the information we need to survive as a tribe, and to inspire, to align and to remind us of who we are.

AI-Powered Visual Communication

ChatGPT is set to superpower our communication and content development. But what about our visual communication? What’s a GAN, what’s Image Diffusion, and how does visual AI work? MidJourney is one of a number of next-level text-to-image generators. When used correctly, this and other tools can make your presentations, training materials, onboarding, content creation and internal comms visually stunning and on-point.

We’re all empowered to become illustrators, designers and visual storytellers at the highest level by taking the first steps and learning to incorporate AI in our workflows. As a professional communicator, leader or content creator, you will likely need to start integrating visual AI into your teams and workflows. MidJourney, Adobe, Dal-i and others: learn how they work and how to and use them effectively.

Together, we will take our first look at image generating AI to see what it can and cannot do, understand where it is best applied in your context.

The AI-Human Co-Creation Workflow

Understanding AI and augmenting the Human for non-technical professional teams

AI is set to transform our working lives, challenging us to re-think how we perform as professionals and connect with our stakeholders. It will fundamentally change our most creative processes and how we interact with our teams, our employees and stakeholders.

Becoming a future-ready AI professional will require two major focus areas: attaining a greater understanding of the tools and what tasks will be separated out to the bot and what will remain in the Human domain. The next step is setting the stage for a successful and sustainable model of AI-Human Co-Creation.
