Pierre Martel Dean (Pierre Martel) is a self starter born and raised on the west side of Chicago Illinois. As many can imagine, growing up in such a city with it's reputation was no easy task. Groomed by a single mother Pierre grew up living with the thought of always wanting more and thinking life had more to offer than just the cold brick buildings in the city.
Pierre started working at an early age, roughly about 12 years old. He worked at a men's retail store (J Riggins) under his aunt who managed the store. Quickly he caught on and began to out sale the regular full time staff then shortly after realized he had something special when it came to people.
Going through the difficulties of surviving the Chicago streets he continued to better his skills. Gaining experience in the retail world Pierre worked hard enough to leverage advancement and began his management career. Things were going great and being in management uncovered new talents and pushed him to push for more.
Things swiftly changed a few years later when a robbery took him out of work. Being robbed at gun point was a huge emotional shock and altered his career. After starting his own business, Pierre relocated to California where the climate and atmosphere seemed radiant and appeared to be a fresh start but soon after became even darker. Everything was lost and he became homeless.
During this time something happened to where Pierre became stronger and more determined. After months of being homeless he began his career again in retail management and became an asset. His drive and dedication to the people brought him the respect and love from his peers, customers and employees. His teachings, leadership and guidance positioned him to raise revenue up to almost $35 million dollars. Mow his goal is to do it for himself preparing to start his own businesses again. On the road to success, Pierre wants to spread his knowledge and gems to give to those who may or may not have found themselves struggling to stay the course and stay positive in those times of adversity.
