Leading people to success isn’t too difficult once you appreciate two ideas: 1) Everyone is from somewhere, and 2) We spend a lot of time at work so let’s have fun while we’re there.
Philip’s business education started at the age of 8 at the family dinner table. His parents owned barber shops and an auto salvage yard growing. As a result of this he learned quite a bit about everything from managing a client’s experience, to pricing, to employee issues. From there he became a qualified Nuclear Power Plant Instructor and Operator in the US Submarine Force. After completing his service he developed a reputation for bringing positive change in several companies across different industries and became a 3-time Inc5000 CEO.
All of this allows Philip to bring a world of colorful experience and entertaining story telling that engages the audience and takes them to a place where they can absorb and learn from the approaches and research that Philip has implemented repeated throughout his career.
Philip is a public speaker, author of the book Momentum Goal Setting, and a business coach to energetic business leaders who want to see just how far they can take their businesses.
