Julia Shumulinsky began at Case Western Reserve University with plans for Electrical or Chemical Engineering, and graduated with degrees in Technical Theater and English. A self-professed STEM failure, she found her way back into the world of technology as a Project Manager, and eventually into OCM.
She now leads Organizational Change Management and Communications for IT and Operations at AmTrust Financial. Her journey was a long one, filled with twists and turns that have shaped her perspective on her own road to leadership. Al
Julia spends her on energy on creative problem solving, leading change, herding cats, creating order from chaos, coaching and mentoring, baking cookies, growth and development, public speaking, wearing many hats to get the job done, focusing on people first, appropriately using the Oxford Comma, and thriving in high-energy situations with a smile.
