Pete Cafarchio is an ICF-accredited executive coach, TEDx speaker, and former tech executive with over 30 years of experience. As a Professional Certified Coach, he has guided over 450 leaders and worked with major companies including Kering, Dell, Aetna, and Microsoft.

The Amazon bestselling author of "Align with Your Design," he specializes in helping leaders maximize their potential through his 7-step framework for discovering life purpose and authentic leadership.
