Perry Schumacher is an exceptionally skilled individual who started from selling programs for Jenny Craig up to General Manager of Power Facilities.
Along his journey, he started multiple failed ventures with a leadership style best described as "the faster we fire them, the sooner we will get a good one". Through his growth came the understanding of the difference in being right and doing what is right along with differentiating great hard skills and great leadership skills.
When he was a General Manager and faced with the most difficult project in his career. He realized that no matter how good he was in his skills; you live and die on the shoulders of your team. With that realization he completely changed his leadership style and became a dedicated student of leadership and psychology. In this doom to fail project, his team received multiple recommendations from international organizations, recommendations from Government, and doubled the expected first year profits.
Today he helps organization establish operational excellence, leadership culture, and develops peoples soft skills that are required for effective execution.
