Penny Bauder

Penny Bauder is a 7-figure business leader, environmental scientist, serial entrepreneur, author, and business coach.

Motivated by a passion to raise a generation of environmental leaders, in 2010 she founded Green Kid Crafts, a children’s STEM and STEAM activity company that provides kids around the world with convenient and eco-friendly STEM and STEAM activities. Today, it’s become a leader in the subscription industry, with 25 employees and over 2 million packages shipped worldwide that have exposed a generation to think about and take a leadership role in sustainability.

She's also the founder of Green Planet Press and the host of This Green Planet Podcast. She's authored five books, including Lessons from Inspiring Women in STEM, How to Inspire the Next Generation of Environmental Leaders, How to Improve the United States Education System and the children’s book Becoming a Green Kid. She's a regular columnist for Entrepreneur, Arianna Huffington’s Thrive Global, and Authority Magazine writing about tech, STEM education, and the environment. She hold a B.A. in Environmental Management and an M.S. in Environmental Science.
