My law practice is focused on trauma-informed representation and advocacy. Expertise in achieving resolution of civil disputes involving highly sensitive, emotional content - including rape, sexual assault, sexual harassment, domestic violence, trafficking, and others. I offer deep commitment, competency, empathy, and diligence.

Create and present Compliance and Ethics Programs and highly effective trainings for building and maintaining a safe work environment, free of harassment and discrimination, and policies that elicit safe, open communication and resolution of conflict.

Confronting and Transforming Rape Culture

How we transfer accountability from victim to offender. Includes statistical data demonstrating the insidious nature of "rape culture;" how society, judiciary, educational institutions treat the rape survivor; the messages we are sending to females regarding rape and sexual assault; how we address and change these patterns to facilitate a new paradigm and a new trauma-informed model.
