Bio

Pam Sherman has been in the wellness/fitness industry for over 20 years as an instructor/trainer/coach. She's helped thousands of women move more, feel great and eat better. After surviving getting hit by a car that took her out of the classroom, she's now a seven time author, speaker and coach. She wants to motivate women to feel amazing in their own skin.
