Body image is about more than just the way our body looks or societal conditioning, it mostly comes down to how we perceive ourselves- our internal world. Focusing on body image is no less of an addiction than shopping, drugs, sex, porn, alcohol, etc. All of these are things outside of us that we use as a distraction from our internal pain.

When we work with the chakras- our energy centers, we pave a direct pathway into our subconscious mind to bring awareness to the root cause and help heal trauma.
