Augmented Humans: How and Why Humans must embrace Artificial Intelligence

This session shows how HR professionals can prepare themselves and their people to thrive in the age of accelerated generative artificial intelligence (AI). It demonstrates how, AI, beyond disrupting workforces and increasing productivity, can be deployed to augment human skills, including critical thinking, problem solving, research, analysis and curiosity, which can deepen employee engagement and impact in the workplace.

Multi-generational Inclusion in the Workplace

Today's workplace has a multitude of generations of workers, with differing values, worldviews, beliefs and priorities. This session explores how HR professionals can expand their DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) initiatives to nurture and deepen connections across generations to find commonalities, leverage strengths, deepen cross-generational mentoring and leadership and improve functionality and effectiveness.

Cross-Cultural Collaboration and Communication

This session focuses on integrating newcomers, internationally-trained professional, equity-deserving and culturally diverse groups to build cohesion and effectiveness in the workplace. HR professionals with learn about intercultural concepts such as communication styles, conflict styles, differing cultural worldviews and intercultural competency models to overcome barriers of miscommunication and conflict to deepen integration, heighten collaboration and creativity, and foster greater productivity.

HR Leadership in the Age of AI

This session emphasizes the need for HR and organizational leaders to reimagine the future of work as a collaborative space where human skills are augmented by AI capabilities. Research indicates that to thrive in this new landscape, workers must enhance their uniquely human skills—such as creativity, collaboration, cross-cultural competence, and social intelligence—while fostering a mindset of adaptability, curiosity, and experimentation with AI.
