Experienced executive, with over 20 years of leadership experience from gaming, tech and government sector. Nikolina is passionate leader and DEI practitioner, who is committed to building diverse teams and equitable work practices in all of her endeavours. She has been in charge of setting up DEI practices for Europe in Synch project, funded by European Commission, spanning across 7 countries.

Nikolina is a serial entrepreneur, returning international keynote speaker, published author, mentor for underrepresented founders with European Innovation Council and finalist of FDM Everywomen in Tech 2021 International Inspiration Award.
