I want to inspire others by sharing my experience, failures and learnings on the following topics:

... and other boring stuff like project management and business improvement ;-).
In January 2012 I started as self employed professional. With my company I support companies as interim manager or project manager with implementing business process improvements or restructuring.
I have an extensive experience in the area of structural improvement projects, operational, manufacturing and program management in a fast changing environment.
I am a good, structured organizer and like to work in a team to achieve the set goals together. I get energy from developing the team by coaching and growing the individuals in that team. I am open and honest and I am not afraid to face new challenges. I finish my assignments successfully and effectively by creating good teamwork, achieving the set objectives together, and by looking for the right balance between analyzing the issues theoretically and tackling them pragmatically. This is how I like to add value.
I want to use these skills in my work. I want to lead and develop my team and its members. Furthermore, I like to add my insight and experience to develop the strategy of an organization as well as translating its strategy to all levels.
