A native of Montreal, Dr. Franco commenced his academic odyssey at McGill University, earning a B.S. in Human Physiology, followed by an M.S. in Renal Physiology at the University of Sherbrooke. His erudition reached its pinnacle with the attainment of an M.D. (Doctor of Medicine) from the University of Montreal.
