Natasha Smith

My name is Natasha Smith, I am the founder and CEO of How to Bloom Inc. where I as a Nutritionist make gourmet, symptom specific, cold-pressed juices, smoothies and teas. My inspiration for my business was my father which propelled me to be the running as Forbes Entrepreneur of Impact 2025.

I grew up in and out of doctors offices not understanding what was wrong with me. From the push of my father I took it into my own hands and learned the functions of the body inside and out. My dad noticed my progress and recommended for me to look into the nutrition field. He was a Doctor of Education so he had all of the connections for me to thrive. In the process of doing so he suffered from a terminal stroke and was given one year to live.

By changing his diet completely my family and I were able to surpass that diagnosis by 3 additional years. The power of nutrition allowed my father to bloom past his limitations.
