Bio

I'm passionate about creating inclusive spaces where wellbeing is accessible to all. Especially communities who are underrepresented in wellness and creative fields.

As a speaker and workshop facilitator, I work with charities, wellness businesses, and cultural organisations to deliver engaging, reflective sessions that centre mindfulness, emotional literacy, and racial equity.

I weave together self-care, storytelling, and social-emotional tools that help people feel seen, heard, and empowered.

I work to promote inclusive wellness, creative learning and positive emotional wellbeing.

Whether I'm supporting neurodiverse families, guiding groups with developing racially inclusive wellness practices, or delivering practical tools for reducing stress and overwhelm for underrepresented communities - I accessibility and inclusion as the foundation.

At the heart of my work is a belief in the power of mindfulness to nurture connection, resilience, and healing, both individually and collectively.
