Khanh Bang Duong (Nancy Duong) is known as someone who always believes in herself. She dares to take a leap of faith, and go beyond what she could imagine. Nearly the age of 18, she decided to stay apart from her beloved family in Vietnam to pursue her HR career. After a four-year study of International Human Resume Management Bachelor's degree at Saxion University of Applied Science (The Netherlands), she landed her dream job as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blue RockTMS. She is grateful for all the opportunities to open her eyes about the HR profession, and also never stops investing in her personal & professional development. She is fascinated by the power of self-belief, as it sheds light on whenever things get hard. She believes everyone has great potential and life is about to let your potential grow & shine at their lights. She found genuine pleasure whenever she could help someone believe in themselves a little bit more, and encourage them to fuel themselves with an instant flow of self- belief to deal with any situations.

She is interested in writing, and challenged herself to write a book, and she nailed it! She feels the fulfillment in the act of giving, thus she has started to build her charitable foundation “Care & Share”. She visions herself as a philanthropist, and she is on her way.
